I have been on my new job for one week and I LOVE it. It is fast pace and and very busy. I work with another girl by the name of Christina. She is from upstate New York and a Christian! Anyway, today I mentioned how I felt that my new job was a direct blessing from God. She got so excited as she feels that this new job is a direct blessing for her. She had moved to MD after a divorce to live with her sister. Unable to find a job, she turned the task over to God. At first, she received a letter stating that she had not been selected. Then, she got a call stating that she had. She speaks fluent Spanish which is such an addition to my Spanglish. Her only son, a Marine, just finished his 3rd tour in Iraq. She is fearful that he may have to go back. He is only 25. Everytime she speaks of him, I think how grateful I am that my sons never saw the horrible horrors of war.
God has been so good to me.
